Employed in Huntsville!!

Thank you for your prayers everyone – yesterday I was hired as a Cable Technician for Jacobs Technology. I’m pumped to working for such a well respected company. It’s an 8-5 which will give me evenings and weekends for my family and church. I’ve got new employee orientation on Monday.

Heres’ what to pray for next:

A security clearance. I’ll be working on the Arsenal so I’ll need a military security clearance. My birth certificate burned in a house fire when I was 13 years old – I’ve applied for a new one so please pray this all gets worked out and I can clearance.

For people to come to know Jesus. This is the real deal – please pray that God would use me working in the secular world to bring Jesus Christ to those people who need him the most.

Congratulations to you. I have just been lurking around your blog for the past week or so. I’m a fellow bi-vocational music minister so I can relate. The work place is an excellent place to witness. So although you lost your paid position at church, God has opened a new door for you to minister in. He does work in mysterious ways!
