This week just sucks

Seriously. The sheer number of random terrible things that have happened makes it almost funny. I brought my family back down with me from Evansville so Sarah could go apartment shopping. She lost her wallet and people won’t let her look at the apartments without an ID.

To top it all off we got rear-ended last night while waiting at a red light. Everyone is safe. The van is not. We’re going to have to pack creatively for our trip back to Indiana.

    Hang in there bro.

I started guitar lessons back up! I’m better prepared to pursue it now than I was. My teacher (Tiger Fitzhugh) plays with the Nashville Symphony and played with Allan Jackson before he cut a record deal 20 years ago. Something tells me I might learn a thing or two about the guitar!

All I can do is pray for you brother. You know just as well as I do that we can’t explain circumstances like these. We just need to get on our knees and seek God.

What Peter Park said. and this is what God’s word says “for I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11

remember these also: resist the devil and he will flee from you. and greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world.

all good wisdom from God. i like His stuff.

Jesus said, “in this world you shall have tribulation, but be of good cheer, for
    I have overcome the world.”
