Now that Mark is actually blogging on his blog I would include him. Hopefully it isn’t short lived.

Nice list, thanks very much. I actually don’t know that Pastor’s always make the best bloggers, some are great, yes, but I guess you were specifically asking about pastors blogs.

The list you posted is great, I think I had only one of those on my list.

Amazing how many faith based blogs there are, you have a great list on your sidebar, here are some I read as well http://d.amasc.us/about/blogroll (sorry for the self plug on your comments but it is really about the other blogs there).

    Tyler,
Driscoll is a content machine. One of my favorite functions over at the Resurgence Blog is that you can see a list of comments on the author page – so not only to you get Driscoll’s blog posts but you can see how he responds in the comments.

    Scott,
my friends know I tend to be touchy about unsolicited links, but on a blog post like this I am specifically asking for links – so yes, please do drop a link in the comments to your favorite pastor’s blog 🙂

    Joel,
Batterson missed my list by slim margin. The guy has tons of wisdom, and has put up some great posts like this and this, but it seems that recently he’s lost steam with this type of “leadership” posting.

    Pete Wilson

    Ahhh, I didn’t give links:

Craig & Mark are the only ones in your list that I think write content that is helpful. Perry, Nelson and Steven are nice to read when I need to get a little jazzed but if they post something that is really great I know it will end up getting linked by a hundred other people so I’ve taken them out of my reader.

The only “pastor blogs” (not worship guys) that I have in my reader are Behind The Leaf from Oak Leaf Church and Carey Nieuwhof from Connexus near Toronto.

If you like Driscoll you should get the feed for The Mission & Vision which is basically a blog directed at the elders of Mars Hill. There is way more meat in there than it what Mark usually posts (which is still good stuff).

    Brent,
I’ll have to check out Bil Cornelius. I’m fans of Pete and Dan as well.

    Chris,
“if [Noble, Furtick, Searcy] and ]post something that is really great I know it will end up getting linked by a hundred other people”

Good call, these guys do get linked a lot.

Thanks for the heads up on the Mission and Vision blog.

Don’t worry Tyler, Mark will keep blogging… I’m helping him get posts lined up through the fall and we’re redesigning the Resurgence to make it more user friendly.

Thanks for the shout out! I’m ‘new’ to the blogging world (less than a year) but am loving it. My goal is to deliver daily content that a pastor can use right now in their local church. I don’t always accomplish this goal but I’m committed to keep trying.

Thanks for the link and kind words!
